1. Who we are

This website is an independent information page about Solano Grand, an executive condominium at Senja Close, Singapore. It is not operated by the developer, City Developments Limited or CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. It is operated by Alex Tan — Demo Agent, Example Property Agency — fictional ("we", "us"). Enquiries are handled by CEA-licensed real estate salespersons.

We aim to handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

When you use the registration form, we ask for:

• your full name;
• your Singapore mobile number;
• your email address;
• the information you would like first (for example, floor plans or preview dates); and
• your consent to be contacted.

We do not ask for your NRIC number, income or other financial details on this website.

3. How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry about Solano Grand. This includes sending you project information when the developer releases it, telling you about preview dates, and discussing EC eligibility and your purchase options. We may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, as you agreed on the form.

We will not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Your details are handled by the CEA-licensed salesperson named above and the estate agency they are registered with. We may share them with service providers that help us run this website or deliver enquiries, and only for that purpose. We may also disclose data when required by law.

5. Google Maps on this website

The Location section of the main page shows an embedded map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies in your browser, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not control this data.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking. If we add such a tool, for example to measure advertising results, we will name it on this page before it goes live.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your enquiry, or as required by law. When they are no longer needed, we delete them or make them anonymous.
