Overview
If you have been waiting for an EC in the north-west, this is the one to watch. The last EC site in Bukit Panjang was sold in 2011, and became Blossom Residences. The Senja Close site is the first one since.
CDL won the land in August 2025 with the top bid in a five-way tender. The plot sits at the end of Senja Close, beside the Kranji Expressway and a short walk from the Senja estate's LRT stops and hawker centre.

Before you register
An EC is not a private condo. These points decide whether it suits you.
ECs are for Singapore citizen households that meet HDB's conditions. These include a monthly household income ceiling of S$16,000.
Check your own case against HDB's latest rules before you book.
In May 2026, the government extended the minimum occupation period for new EC sites to 10 years and removed the deferred payment scheme.
Senja Close was tendered before that, and is reported to stay under the earlier rules: a 5-year occupation period, with the deferred payment scheme available. Confirm this with the developer at launch.
CDL paid S$252.9 million, or S$771 psf per plot ratio. It was the top bid of five.
Selling prices have not been announced, so treat any number you see online as a guess until the developer releases its price list.
The homes
Right now, the only confirmed facts are the site and the scale of the project. Unit types, sizes and floor plans have not been published by the developer.
Any floor plan or price you see now is not from the developer. We will send the official versions to registered buyers once they are out.
